BILLING
Prices displayed on www.shopminis.in are Maximum Retail Prices (MRP) inclusive of applicable Indian taxes. Additional shipping or destination-based taxes may apply.
ORDER CANCELLATION BY MINIS APPARELS LLP
Minis Apparels LLP reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraud detection, or quality concerns. Refunds shall be processed within 30 working days to the original payment source.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Shipping charges may apply and are disclosed during checkout. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed via Razorpay and Easebuzz or other enabled gateways. Minis Apparels LLP does not store card details. All transactions are subject to gateway terms.
DELIVERY
Minis Apparels LLP endeavours to deliver products within the estimated timeline but shall not be liable for delays caused by external factors.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns and refunds are permitted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Approval is at the sole discretion of Minis Apparels LLP.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We strive to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Minor variations may occur.
WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
