Domestic Orders (India)
Swimwear (Swimsuits & Bikinis)
Returns:
We do not provide returns on swimwear.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for a different size or style are allowed within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
The hygiene sticker must not be removed.
Clothing & Cover-Ups
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
No cash refunds are provided; all approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase, subject to the item being unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Domestic Return & Exchange Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.
• Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• We allow 1 free exchange; after that, a fee of INR 250 will be charged per exchange.
• If the pickup location is not serviceable, customers will be requested to ship the product back to us.
International Orders
Due to logistical and tarrif constraints, returns are not offered on international orders at the moment.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by emailing info@shopminis.in with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
• A brief explanation of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Refunds and general returns are not applicable for international orders.
International Exchanges (If Approved)
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
– International courier fees
– Customs duties, taxes, and handling charges
• The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all tags intact.
• The return parcel must be clearly marked as a “Return” with your name and order number inside.
• We are not liable for items lost or delayed during return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Exclusions (Applicable to All Orders)
• Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
